| awesomeX * | This is the best chapter so far of the best fanfic I hv read. The emotions were so raw in this one and a lot can relate to the disappointments of parents. The whole "being incredibly irresponsible yet convinced that this is the most responsible thing to do" is something that causes a lot hurt in relationships. I expect that there will be cracks in the brotherhood the next battle with the x-men since the villains will have to go up against rogue...i believe, all though similar, rogue's induction to the x-men was more favourÀble. Logan was a claw-happy badboy who was incredibly insenstive. Rogue is a rebellous teenager finding her way...perhaps I'm a bit biased but I prefer the rogue character than logan but they both successfully produce strong emotions in the reader. I had thought the weapon x subplot had been forgotten…itll be fine to see the actual danger logan's inclusion to the x-men brings |

It was still a good and important issue, and I think I like th Scott/Rogue budding romance. Can\'t wait for the Weapon X stuff to come, or the forst arc! |

Being forced to abandon her daughter was the only way to ensure a safer future for her and her family--at least that's what Magneto told her. Mystique's willing to follow him just as the X-Men and Rogue are willing to follow Xavier.
The Mystique and Rogue dynamics really shined through and the mother/daughter tension was loud and clear. Another great job! |
